Needing shirts, sweatshirts or pants printed? What about a nice, clean embroidery of your company logo on a hat? We can do it all! We have an array of Fibron colors to choose from as well as possess the capabilities of a full color print!
What is Fibron?
Fibron is a 4-mil matte polyurethane with clear mylar liner, designed for use with plotters. With a mirrored image, the heat transfer graphic is applied using a heat press onto the garment by firm pressure at 330-335° F for 17-20 seconds. After the heat is applied, removal of the clear mylar liner occurs when shirt and graphic are still warm. Fibron works with cotton, polyester, spandex, lycra and some athletic mesh fabrics.
*Please note, this product will not adhere to nylon.
How do you print full color?
We use a product called Sojar, which is a 2.8-mil gloss white polyurethane with white synthetic liner for printing with Solvent or Eco-Solvent printers. This product requires a right side up print and cut, from there we pair it with Sojar thermal transfer tape. The heat transfer graphic is applied using a heat press onto the garment by firm pressure at 302-320° F for 15-20 seconds. After the heat is applied, removal of the thermal transfer tape occurs when the shirt and graphic are still warm and then the shirt is reheated again for about 10 seconds. Sojar works with cotton blends, polyester, spandex and other blended fabrics.
*Please note, this product will not adhere to nylon, dazzle cloth, shiny polyester or moisture-wicking materials.
